About Oro Property

  • We source early-stage land and development sites in Australia’s fastest-growing regions, package them into investor-ready deals, and manage everything from zoning to exit so clients can “be their own developer” without day-to-day workload.

  • Investors enter at the raw-land or pre-DA stage - where uplift is greatest - rather than buying into finished stock. Deals are tailored rather than one-size, and profit flows directly to investors instead of fixed-return structures.

  • A multidisciplinary team with 55 + years of combined experience in acquisition, planning, capital raising and delivery, led by founder and General Manager David Wegener, one of Australia’s most awarded and respected property brokers.

  • We operate Australia-wide, covering all locations, however our focus is on growth corridors around South-East Queensland, Greater Melbourne, coastal New South Wales, and select outer-urban hubs such as Newcastle and Adelaide.

  • Yes, via finance-broker partner Your Finance Coach, giving access to 40 + lenders, rapid pre-approvals and bespoke loan structuring for domestic or foreign buyers.

  • Rigorous due diligence, conservative feasibility modelling, alignment of investor pools, experienced project teams and legally robust deal structures.

  • All referrals and investor documents are handled under a mutual NDA; only vetted parties see deal rooms.
