  • What to Introduce:

    Ideal Fit:

    • $250k – $20m capital, 12 (approx.) month horizon, medium-to-high growth appetite.

    Your Benefit*:

    • % of Oro’s success fee or % of the investor’s net profit.

    *Exact percentages are agreed case-by-case and documented in a formal Referral Agreement.

  • What to Introduce:

    • Land or property capable of subdivision, rezoning, or construction.

    Ideal Fit:

    • 1–50 ha raw or brown-field sites, growth-corridor infill, or any reasonable DA-ready or DA-approved projects, including duplex sites.

    Your Benefit*:

    • % of Oro’s success fee or % of the investor’s net profit.

What We Look For

Sites & Projects

  • Clear title or vendor mandate

  • Zoning, DA/permit that can be uplifted/progressed

  • Serviceable infrastructure (road, power, water) and realistic pricing

  • Located in high-growth regions identified by Oro’s acquisition team, including but not limited to:

    • All cities, coastal regions, and outer metro areas, i.e:

      • Newcastle, Brisbane, Bendigo, Melbourne (outer West), Adelaide metro.

    • Remote areas with infrastructure

    • Beachside locations, including outside Metro

Who Makes a Great Referrer?

  • Licensed real-estate agents, buyer advocates, town planners, surveyors

  • Accountants, financial advisers, mortgage or investment brokers

  • Family-office gateways and private-capital syndicates

  • Landowners, option holders, or local deal-makers with direct vendor links

We simply ask for good-faith disclosure, compliance with AML/CTF and state licensing requirements, and authority to share the information you submit.

Investors

  • Desire for co-investment structures; no day-to-day development burden

  • Comfort with projects, such as:

    • Raw-land subdivisions

How Partnerships Work

  • Complete the Referrer enquiry form or email: office@oropropertyconnect.com with basic details.

  • We issue a Mutual NDA and outline your profit-share parameters.

  • Provide an Investor Profile or Site Summary using our quick-screen templates.

  • Now we have the Lead Pack, Oro Property Connect will review the information.

  • If green-lit, we lock in commercial terms (including your share) and move to contract.

  • OroProperty Connect manages feasibility, approvals, capitalisation, and delivery.

  • Upon the agreed milestone (settlement, stage close-out, or audited project completion), your negotiated percentage is paid.
